It has been a while since our last update to our clan-tooling, hence this little update.
AutoDeploy is nothing new in it’s principle & has been practiced since a while by Eternity, Xborg & Delta. The concept is simple: If a user is detected to play -> deploy. We at Eternity have a unique challenge though: Often, we have more than 20 players playing simultaneously – what happens then? Well, the old way kinda cycles through these 20+ players, the issue though being that frequent deploy/undeployments happen – which especially hurts the CP farmed by our grinders.
And there’s where the adaptive part comes in: from now on, our deployment engine maximizes the CP yield by making sure that the best possible lineup of currently available players is deployed; including e.g. ensuring continuous deployment for grinders while playing – based on activity & reputation metrics we already collect & update for our rental system.
We surely will have to balance certain aspects, judging from simulations though this will definetly boost our CP gained by quite a lot (~+25%).
